Outdoor Kitchen
Full outdoor kitchen and patio including a built in Napoleon gas grill, built in Blackstone griddle, an outdoor refrigerator, outdoor sink, seating wall, leather granite countertops, almost 50 lights with multiple zones and wifi control.

Concrete Driveway
We poured over 30 yards of concrete driveway and sidewalk including steps into two entries. Broom finished, wire mesh throughout, saw cut, sealed and finished with topsoil and seed.

Greenhouse Foundation
Poured a monolithic foundation for a full glass greenhouse to meet manufacture specification getting below frost line. Included putting power in two corners and installing a yard hydrant for water outside of the building.

Composite Steps and Facia
We removed old rotten wood steps, added a 3rd step to get up to code and replaced with Trex Foggy Warf composite decking. Added matching facia to enclose the covered porch for a fully finished look.
